Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Volarix (a unit of [Your Registered Company Name]), we strive to provide high-quality, real-time derivatives intelligence. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access to proprietary data and analytics, we have established the following policy:
No Refunds: All subscription payments for Volarix are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of the term.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Volarix features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
Trial Period: (Optional) If we offer a trial period, it will be clearly stated at the time of signup. Users are encouraged to utilize the trial to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
Service Interruptions: In the unlikely event of a prolonged system outage (exceeding 48 consecutive trading hours) caused by Volarix, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or extension of the subscription period.
Grievance Redressal Policy
In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Volarix has appointed a Grievance Officer to ensure timely resolution of user concerns.
How to File a Grievance: If you have any complaints regarding our services, data accuracy, or billing, please contact our Grievance Officer with your registered email ID and transaction details.
