7.1 Rights of the Provider

Volarix (the "Service") reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, terminate, or remove any user from its digital platforms, including but not limited to the Volarix Dashboard and the Volarix Telegram Channel, without prior notice or liability.

7.2 Grounds for Removal

Reasonable grounds for the removal or unsubscribing of a user include, but are not limited to:

• Proprietary Data Protection: Any attempt to scrape, harvest, or redistribute Volarix’s proprietary derivatives intelligence, including GEX metrics, DPI scores, or trade signals.
• Subscription Status: Failure to maintain a valid, active subscription or the expiration of access credentials.
• Conduct and Integrity: Engagement in spamming, harassment, or the dissemination of misleading financial information within linked discussion groups.
• Security Concerns: Detection of automated bot activity or unauthorized access attempts that threaten the stability of the FastAPI infrastructure.
• Administrative Maintenance: Periodic removal of inactive or "ghost" accounts to ensure the accuracy of subscriber metrics.

7.3 Finality of Decision

The removal of a user from a private Telegram channel is final. Re-entry is strictly at the discretion of the Admin and may require new verification or invitation links.

IP Protection: All models, signals, and visualizations are the unregistered intellectual property of Volarix and may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered.

Limitation of Liability: Volarix and its founders shall not be liable for any direct or indirect trading losses, data inaccuracies, or system outages.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
